Welcome to this tutorial on running a Minecraft Bukkit server on almost any Linux operating system. All the commands are below with the download link for bukkit (craftbukkit).

Commands:
cd Desktop
cd Server (or folder name)
java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar nogui

Bukkit:

  1. I already have a server can i just add craftbukkit to it cuz i did what was in the video and now i have my old non craft bukkit world with an ip i know and the craftbukkit world with idk what ip

  2. Well all of that is obvious. What I need to know is how to create a shortcut which will run the server when I click it. I also need a sh file to put inside my startupfolder so the server launches upon login. No one seems to provide a basic enough tutorial.
